SJG Driving Tuition is an independent driving school operating
from Chingford (London) and offering driving lessons to clients
throughout North East London and surrounding suburbs.
The following is an alphabetical list of towns covered by the driving
school:
Barking, Barkingside, Beckton, Buckhurst Hill, Chadwell Heath,
Chigwell, Chingford, Docklands, East Ham, Edmonton, Enfield,
Epping, Forest Gate, Gants Hill, Goodmayes, Hackney, Ilford,
Leyton, Leytonstone, Loughton, Mile End, Palmers Green,
Ponders End, Southgate, South Woodford, Stratford, Tottenham,
Walthamstow, Waltham Abbey, Waltham Cross, Wanstead,
West Ham, Woodford, Wood Green.
On their first lesson pupils receive a display book to keep printed
handouts which are given to beginners at the end of each lesson
to help them understand the theory; also a training record is kept
to monitor progress. The Skoda Fabia training car is excellent
for learners being fully air conditioned with dual controls, power
steering, air bags, electric mirrors and ABS brakes; it is one of the
top most recommended cars according to the Driving Instructors
Association. Lessons are available throughout the day including
early morning and late evening. The school also offers mock tests,
DSA Pass Plus courses, advance driving and intensive courses.
Independently owned and managed by Mr. Steve Grimsdale
pupils receive excellent training with good coaching and clear
instructions, they enjoy learning in a calm and friendly
atmosphere with one to one tuition. Steve is fully approved
by the Driving Standards Agency to teach learner car drivers; and
is keen to encourage the DSA safe driving for life system. He is also
a member and registered instructor of the Driving Instructors Association
with the benefits of free professional indemnity insurance and free
public liability insurance; they also keep him up to date with all the latest
news, views and reviews from the driver training industry. Steve is
authorized and registered with the DSA to teach Pass Plus courses
and is also a member and registered instructor of the Institute of
Advanced Motorists. If pupils prefer they can do the IAM advance driving
course at the same time as doing the Pass Plus course. This would give pupils
the opportunity to pass the Institutes Advance Driving Challenge with the
possible benefits of even cheaper car insurance (it also might help anyone
considering a career in the driving industry); but most importantly it would
improve your driving skills and make you a safer driver less likely to have an accident which statistics show is commonplace amongst new drivers.
